Favorites | April

Here we go again guys! Another month has gone by, so another favorites post and video is due! I was pleasantly surprised that the majority of my April favorites are bargain buys! NEAT. May is already shaping up to be a great month, already a bunch of new products in, adventures documented and DIYs ready to be made, so make sure you are subscribed to my channel! Lots of shit coming your way!

This past month I experimented with contouring for the first time. I pick up the Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour Palette, and the new Contour Brush from E.L.F. Both made this total noob get better faster, with out breaking the bank on practice shots.

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser Elf Contour Brush

I’ve been slowly trying out the Glossier product range, and the Milky Jelly Cleanser is definitely my favorite out of the bunch. It’s a nice mild cleanser, that does a nice job of cleaning the skin with out drying you out. Expect a full Glossier post in the very near future.

NYX soft matte lip cream san paulo

Gotta give a hand to NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams. Nice formula and an even better price. Just make sure you exfoliant your lips on the regular so they don’t pill up. San Paulo is my new favorite pop of color for the spring.

OGX Hair Butter

I really loved this Hair Butter from OGX this past month. I used it like a hair mask, and it definitely made a difference on my stressed out strands. It performed up there with some higher priced masks. Win Win.

Origins Drink up mask

Between flying and getting sick my skin was looking pretty damn dehydrated. This little mini of the Origins Drink Up Intensive Mask was a big helper in bringing back a sense of balance to my skin and evict some of the dry flaky patches that were taking residence.

Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist

Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist is fast becoming a skincare staple for me along with the Glow Tonic. I wont blab on about it to much since I already did that here. But let’s just say I’ve already got a back up on the way!

Kim Dulaney Necklace

Fashion wise I fell back in love with this Necklace by Kim Dulaney. I got it nearly 2 years ago, but putting together more spring outfits, re busted it out. I love the unique design and something extra it gives more basic outfits. Check out her Etsy store!

Another fashion favorite that didn’t make it into the pictures (but you can see in the video!) is the Muralist Jumpsuit by Madewell. I’ve been living in this thing for the last month! I want a wardrobe of jumpsuits! Well that wraps up all my favorites from April! Love to know if you’ve tried any of these guys, and what were some stand outs for you last month!
